It’s Spring in Ireland, which means it’s after Brigit’s Day, February 1st. It’s time. to start. gardening! Every Autumn, I scrounge around the garden for seeds like a squirrel getting ready to hibernate. I tell myself the same lie: I won’t need to buy seeds in the spring because I saved ALL THESE! Hooray! I’m so smart and thrifty!
